I am a Mediterranean field archaeologist specializing in the archaeology of first millennium BC Italy and the architecture and urbanism of Italic cultures.  Presently I am Managing Director of the Gabii Project in Central Italy and also Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Archaeology at Boston University.
